TradeWiz follows a strict no-refund policy. All payments made towards any community memberships, mentorship programs, courses, digital products, or premium channels are non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances.
By proceeding with a payment to TradeWiz, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understood our terms, disclaimers, and this refund policy in full
- You are paying voluntarily for access to educational and informational content only
- TradeWiz does not guarantee any specific financial results, performance, or profits
- No refunds will be issued once a payment has been processed and access has been granted
02Nature of Services
TradeWiz is a trading education and community platform, not a SEBI-registered advisory firm. We do not provide buy/sell recommendations, investment advice, portfolio management, or personalized financial consultation of any kind.
All shared trade ideas, charts, market analyses, and insights are for educational and informational purposes only and are intended to help members learn market analysis techniques. The educational nature of our service means that the value is in the learning process, not in guaranteed financial outcomes.
03Payment Confirmation
Once a payment is successfully completed:
- You will receive confirmation via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram depending on your channel of access
- Access to the community or content will be provided as promised, typically within 24 hours
- There will be no cancellations or reversals after payment confirmation under any circumstances
- Your membership period begins from the date access is granted
04Exceptions — There Are None
There are no exceptions to this no-refund policy. Refunds will not be issued for any of the following reasons:
- Accidental purchases or duplicate payments
- Unused or partially used subscriptions or memberships
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content style, quality, or delivery
- Internet connectivity, device-related issues, or inability to access content
- Removal from the community due to violation of community conduct rules
- Failure to achieve expected trading results or financial outcomes
In the rare event of a technical issue from our side that prevents you from accessing purchased content, our team will make every reasonable effort to restore access promptly. However, monetary refunds will not be provided even in this scenario.
05Fraud or Unauthorized Transactions
If you suspect that an unauthorized payment has been made using your account or payment method without your knowledge or consent, please contact us immediately at support@tradewiz.in.
We will investigate the matter in good faith. However, any claims for refunds related to unauthorized transactions must be taken up directly with your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider as per their dispute resolution processes. TradeWiz cannot process chargebacks or reversals directly.
06Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or making any payment to TradeWiz, you acknowledge that you:

- Fully understand that no financial returns, guarantees, or profits are promised or implied
- Will not dispute, reverse, or challenge payments once access has been granted
